This Sumatran offering presents a distinctive cup profile characterized by syrupy fruit notes—a hallmark of the dry process method—balanced with the earthy, pungent undertones typical of coffees from this region. The dry fragrance and aroma exhibit palm sugar sweetness, pronounced fruit intensity, wine-like bittersweetness, and subtle herbal nuances. The aroma is syrupy and layered, with a liquor-like depth and a pronounced fruity presence.
