Originally traced from Ethiopia through Java to Central America, the Java cultivar is known for its elongated “canoe-shaped” beans and elegant, tea-like profile.

Roasted light, this coffee expresses a refined sweetness with delicate aromatics. Expect notes of raw sugar, vanilla malt, and chamomile, layered with hints of lemongrass, clove, and floral tea. The cup is crisp and transparent, with a light body and lifted acidity reminiscent of rose hips and lemon tea.
