Cocoa & Comfort

Current Origin: El Salvador

Santa Ana

Process: Wet Process (Washed)

Grown along the volcanic slopes of El Salvador’s Santa Ana region, this coffee is sourced from various smallholder farms situated between 1,100 and 1,600 meters above sea level. The region’s fertile volcanic soil and favorable climate provide excellent growing conditions for Bourbon and Pacas, two varieties deeply connected to El Salvador’s coffee heritage.

Harvested between December and March, the coffee undergoes washed processing to highlight the clarity and natural character of the region. This produces a smooth, balanced cup that combines familiar chocolate and nut flavors with a subtle fruit sweetness. Its rich body and moderate acidity make it an approachable everyday coffee while retaining enough brightness and complexity to remain distinctive.

Tasting Notes

In the cup, expect a foundation of cocoa and toasted nuts complemented by the gentle sweetness of dried fruit. A rich, rounded body gives the coffee a satisfying presence, while medium acidity adds a pleasant brightness without overwhelming its softer flavors. The finish is smooth and balanced, leaving behind a comforting combination of chocolate, nuttiness, and lingering fruit sweetness.

Each bag contains a guaranteed 12oz of roasted whole bean coffee, measured precisely to 1/100th of an oz. Order now before it sells out!
