Sourced from the village of Gaseke in southern Rwanda, this fully washed lot comes from a small, quality-focused washing station serving around 400 local farmers. Sitting at 1500–1800 meters, Gaseke emphasizes meticulous hand-sorting at every stage—from cherry selection to drying—resulting in a remarkably clean and consistent cup.

This coffee opens with layered sweetness—brown sugar, chocolate, and warm spice—followed by a brighter side that develops as it cools. Expect notes of plum tea, soft citrus, and cranberry, balanced by a smooth milk chocolate finish with a hint of candied ginger. The cup is crisp yet approachable, with a light tea-like structure that keeps it refreshing rather than heavy.

Roasted lighter, it leans into vibrant fruit and raw sugar complexity. Taken slightly darker, the profile deepens into richer chocolate tones while maintaining its clean sweetness.
